Oak aged in Hungarian oak 8 months. Intense nose with yellow peach, ripe apple, sweet spices, oak, candied quince, dried apricot, sweet floral, beeswax. Big and luscious with intense flavours, oily texture, impressive extract and balancing acidity. Oak provides firm structure, with cedary notes seaguing onto finish. (91)

Blend of 3 grapes. Intense nose with dried apricot, sweet spices, toast, vanilla, marmalade, floral/lily. Beautifully balanced with tangy, focused acidity to counter intense sweetness. Generous texture with lengthy peachy finish. Served with crème fraiche panna cotta. (91)
